Slide On Your Nepal Bracelet | Boudha Bangle Frozen Lake
You asked and we answered: thicker, chunkier bangles with bigger beads have arrived!
Hand crocheted and ethically crafted just like the rest of their "skinny" counterparts, these chunky bangles make for an effortless statement piece that can anchor your stack (wear 'em at the bottom of your stack, closest to your hand) or serve independently as a basic t-shirt and jeans accessory!
These are crocheted glass bead bracelets gone thick and we hope you love them!
Each bracelet in the Boudha Bangle collection was crafted by Jamjung, four year member of our Special Collections team.
In addition to ensuring a New Fair Trade career to Jamjung, 20% of proceeds from the sale of each Boudha Bangle will be dedicated to the sponsorship two college-bound interns joining Lotus Sky. The sponsored internships are in partnership with the Shree Mangal Dvip school, which provides full scholarships and boarding to poor Himalayan children living without access to education, medical care, and opportunity.
As a company highly integrated into our local community on the ground in Nepal, Lotus Sky bracelets go beyond fair trade and represent a step forward in the movement for ethical consumerism, global commerce as a tool for social change, and global sisterhood!
