Shipping from the Mitten State — with love, care, and a whole lot of beads.
Every order is packed and shipped by our all-women shipping team — Tami, Jamie, and Caroline — right here in Michigan. We are a small, responsive team and we take pride in getting your bracelets to you quickly and carefully. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on US national holidays are processed on the next available business day. Most orders ship within 48 hours of being placed.
All bracelets, earrings, necklaces, keychains, and anklets shown on our website are in stock in Michigan and ready to ship — with the exception of custom and made-to-order pieces.
US Shipping
Lotus Sky ships to all 50 United States, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. U.S. territories include American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

International Shipping
We ship to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and select European countries. All rates are quoted in US dollars.
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees levied once your package reaches its destination. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Lotus Sky ships DDU — duties and taxes unpaid. For information on customs fees in your country please contact your local customs office.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows your package is still moving — it is not lost, it is delayed. USPS occasionally experiences delays especially during peak periods and in certain regions. We ask that you allow a few extra business days before reaching out.
If your tracking has shown no movement for 10 or more business days or your package is confirmed undeliverable by USPS, please email us at beadwork@lotusskyjewelry.com with your order number and we will make it right. We stand behind every order.
Custom & Made-to-Order Shipping
Custom and made-to-order bracelets are not in stock and ship separately from any in-stock items. Production takes 4–6 weeks from order confirmation. Once your custom order is complete it ships via standard USPS First Class with tracking.
Custom orders cannot be combined with in-stock website orders in a single shipment.
