Lotus Sky Exchanges and Returns

We stand behind every bracelet we make. Here is how we handle the rare occasion when something is not right.

A note about our team

Lotus Sky is a small social enterprise based in Kathmandu, Nepal. We put our resources into our art and our artisans first. Our customer care is handled personally by a small, dedicated team and we answer all emails in the order received. You can typically expect to hear back within 48 hours on regular business days.

Our lifetime guarantee

Every Lotus Sky bracelet carries a lifetime guarantee with normal wear. We stand behind our craft. If something goes wrong under normal conditions, reach out and we will make it right. Please see our FAQ page for full details on what the lifetime guarantee covers.

Damaged or incorrect items

In the unlikely event that you receive a bracelet that is broken, damaged in transit, or incorrect, please email us at beadwork@lotusskyjewelry.com within 3 days of receipt with a photo and your order details. We will take care of you promptly.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges on unworn, undamaged items in original condition within 14 days of the delivery date. In some cases we may be able to offer store credit for exchange requests initiated after the 14 day window.

To initiate an exchange, email us first at beadwork@lotusskyjewelry.com — do not send anything back before you have heard from us with return directions and our return address.

Domestic exchanges: We charge a small handling fee to cover restocking and the cost of shipping your new selection. This will be confirmed when you initiate your exchange request.

International exchanges: You are responsible for all shipping costs to return the item. Once we receive your exchange we will send a checkout link for outbound shipping and email you tracking.

All returned items must be unworn and in brand new original condition.

Returns

All sales are final unless you receive an incorrect item or a piece that is broken or damaged in transit. If you believe you qualify for a return please email beadwork@lotusskyjewelry.com. Returns are processed within 2 business days of receipt.

Final sale items: Sale items and all custom bracelets — including custom size requests, special orders, and custom designs — are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Order modifications

All sales are final once placed. However we understand that sometimes the moment after you order, your new favourite bracelet pops up on the site. If you need to modify your order, email beadwork@lotusskyjewelry.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to adjust it before it ships.
