Exchanges & Returns
Please note, we are a small social enterprise based out of Kathmandu, Nepal. We put most of our resources into our art and have part-time assistance with admin. We promise to answer all emails in the order in which they are received. You can typically expect to hear back from us within 48 hours on regular business days.
We guarantee the quality of all our bracelets at Lotus Sky. In the unlikely event that you receive a bracelet you are not 100% happy with, we accept returns and exchanges. You must reach out to us via email within 14 days of purchase in order to request an exchange or return. Please contact our Creative Director, Sarah, at email@example.com.
Returns on domestic orders: You will be responsible for all shipping costs to mail the package back to us. If you choose, we can provide you with a return label, but return costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchanges on domestic orders: We charge a $6.00 handling fee for orders that are exchanged. This $6 covers the cost to return the item and ship out a new item.
Sale items and custom bracelets are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Once we receive a return or exchange, it will be processed in 10 business days.
