What normal wear means
For the purposes of our lifetime guarantee, normal wear refers to regular daily wear without exposure to water, soap, or chemicals of any kind. For a warranty claim to be valid, the bracelet must still be recognizable as our original design.
The most commonly covered issue is a partial or clean break at the seam while the bracelet otherwise maintains its original appearance. If this happens to your bracelet under normal conditions, we will replace it.
What the guarantee does not cover
- Exposure to harsh chemicals — chlorine, bleach, and similar
- Exposure to dishwashing soap and hot water
- Showering with your bracelets on
- Mechanical damage — crushing, shredding, and similar
- Pet-related damage
- Washing machine or dryer exposure
- Extreme heat exposure
- Intentional alterations
- Any damage that renders the bracelet unrecognizable as our original design
How to make a claim
Email us at beadwork@lotusskyjewelry.com with clear photos of the item and your order details. We reserve the right to request additional photos and may decline replacement if the damage falls outside our definition of normal wear or if the item is no longer identifiable as our original product.
Replacement bracelets under warranty are provided free of charge. Customers are responsible for covering shipping costs when the replacement is the only item being shipped. Warranty replacements included with other orders ship at no additional cost.
