Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday out of the home office by Michigan-based super shippers, Erin and Kelsie.

Shipping from home allows us the opportunity to offer domestic shipping to our US customers and quick, affordable shipping to the rest of the world.

This means that all website bracelets, earrings and necklaces are in the US and ready to ship with the exception of custom orders and preorder bracelets.

Erin and Kelsie ships orders in the order in which they are received as time allows. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours from the order date. Orders placed on US national holidays are processed on the next available business day.

Lotus Sky ships to all 50 United States, the U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. U.S. territories include: American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
